Simple Ground Treatment Method "FC Crack Method"

Chronic pavement joint cracks have occurred, and this can be considered when the entire section is being repaved.

The "FC Crack Method" involves laying an elastic pavement material called "Falcon" on small-scale bridges, joint areas, and other cracked road surfaces to suppress cracking through deformation performance. Additionally, if there are joints or gaps, a high-performance waterproofing material called "Meji Aid" can be installed in the joint areas to enhance waterproofing. This method can be considered when there is a desire to address the frequent damage to concrete joint areas, or when waterproofing treatments for the joint areas are desired without the need to install expansion devices. 【Examples of Construction】 ■ Cracked pavement areas ■ Concrete pavement joint areas ■ Reflection cracks in composite pavements ■ Joint areas of small-scale bridges - PC/RC bridges approximately up to 15m - Steel bridges approximately up to 10m *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Chemix Asbestos Treatment Method

Asbestos has many excellent properties. It is highly workable and economically advantageous, but the harmfulness of airborne fibers has become apparent.

Asbestos refers to a group of naturally occurring fibrous minerals, derived from the Greek word meaning "eternal and unquenchable." It is classified into six types, with the most commonly used being chrysotile (white asbestos), crocidolite (blue asbestos), and amosite (brown asbestos). Due to its hazardous properties that can cause health issues such as lung cancer and mesothelioma, asbestos was designated as a specific chemical substance in 1971, and the spraying of asbestos was banned in 1975. Furthermore, in Japan, the use of particularly harmful blue and brown asbestos was prohibited in April 1995. The amendment to the Enforcement Order of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, which came into effect on October 1, 2004, also imposed a complete ban on white asbestos. Although its use was allowed until 2006 for certain applications, all six types were fully banned in June 2008. However, the effectiveness of alternative products is lacking, and it is unclear how long it will take to achieve a complete transition.

Surface Mixing Treatment Method "Esmic Method"

To a strong improved body with high mixability! An advanced shallow ground improvement method that utilizes the land.

The "Esmic Method" is a construction technique that uses various types of cement, lime, and cement-based solidifying agents to add and mix powder or slurry into soft soil, thereby solidifying and improving the shallow ground. It creates a strong and uniform improved body, ensuring the stability of structures and the ground. Depending on the method of adding the improving agents, it can be broadly classified into the "Esmic Base Method," which primarily uses powder, and the "Esmic Slurry Method" and "Esmic Mud Method," which primarily use slurry. 【Features】 - Wide applicability from improving soft ground to sludge treatment - Simple construction from material spreading to mixing, leveling, and compaction (powder mixing method) - High affinity with soil, preventing dust generation in the surrounding environment (slurry utilization method) - Unlike deep ground improvement, large pile driving machines are not required - Excellent workability and economically advantageous For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

"Three S G Method" A deep mixing treatment method that pursues economic efficiency and high quality.

Over 8,700 construction achievements across all 47 prefectures in Japan! Thanks to our original construction quality management method, quality verification can be done as early as one day after construction!

In the construction method of the mechanical stirring type deep mixing treatment using conventional cement-based solidifying material slurry, a new technology has been introduced by installing the cement milk discharge ports above and below the stirring blades. During excavation, slurry is injected from the lower discharge port, and during extraction, it is injected from the upper discharge port, maximizing stirring efficiency and enabling the creation of high-quality improved bodies with minimal strength variation. (The stirring device has been patented.) Furthermore, as a result of pursuing quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, significant improvements have been realized through this new technology. In 2007, it obtained a construction technology performance certification from the Japan Building Disaster Prevention Association as the "Three S G Method." In 2009, the first revision was made, and the "Three S G-cube Method" (G-Cube Method) was developed for small-scale buildings. In 2011, a second revision was made based on accumulated construction results, achieving an expansion of the application range and a significant improvement in cost performance. Efforts are also being made to enhance practical training within the method association. Various training programs for obtaining certification have been recognized as eligible for subsidies from the Human Resource Development Support Grant (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare) and the Small and Medium Enterprises Capability Development Grant (JMAF Foundation), establishing an educational system for method engineers.
